I'm transferring to UGA and I need someone to take over my lease. You get your own bedroom, bathroom, and walk-in closet. It's fully furnished. The kitchen and living room area is huge. Laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer is included. Parking is free. The location is excellent because it is very close to GCSU and downtown. Roommates are awesome and do their part in the chores.
