I'm transferring schools, so my spot at The Callaway House is open for the spring semester (January – May 14, 2027). It's a shared bedroom in a 1 bed / 1 bath suite (guys only). Rent includes an unlimited meal plan at the on-site dining hall, all utilities and internet, full furniture, and biweekly housekeeping. You also get the pool, 24-hour gym, game room, theater room, and 24-hour study centers. It's steps from Kyle Field, on the A&M bus route, and walkable to class. This is an official relet: you sign your own lease directly with Callaway, which makes it simple and legit. As a thank-you, I'll cover your $350 relet fee and give you $500(negotiable) cash once your lease is signed.
