Take over Barracks Townhome Lease

Looking for someone to take over my lease that already started this August and ends in July 2027 which would have 8 months left now(9 if you’d want to move in october)(that urgently needs to be taken over.(once signed can move in anytime) You can sign it for whatever time you’d want(If you only want to do spring) It’s a 4x4 townhome at the barracks where you will have ur own room, wardrobe, and bathroom. The house is really nice with a large living room and kitchen along with a roomba bought to clean. It also has a garage and backyard with a community grill. Furniture will be provided such as a bed frame, desk, wardrobe, and night desk (can fit queen bed frame, desk, and drawer) Along with a night lamp and shower curtains. Also has a washer and dryer. You wouldn’t have to buy anything for the kitchen as there are already community utensils, plates, and air fryer. You will have a free designated spot in front of the house for parking, and from the house it’s a 5 minute walk from the bus route at the Cove.
