Orlando Lease Take Over

Currently, I'm moving home to finish up my schooling online and need someone to take over my room here at the apartment. I live in a student living complex and the lease is for one room in the apartment, meaning you will have roommates the complex assigns to you. In my experience, these roommates have always been Full sail Students, specifically from other degree programs, making it a great networking opportunity. The apartment has a stove, fridge, freezer, TV, Wi-Fi, balcony and individual pantries for each resident. You also have a walk-in closet and a bathroom all too yourself, as well as a desk, bed and nightstand. Beyond this, the Complex has a number of public amenities, like a pool, gym, bowling alley and grill. The complex also likes to host a number of community events with free food. It does all this while being within walking distance of a bus stop that can take you to Full sail, or anywhere else in Orlando if you don't have a car yourself.
