Hi! Looking for a girl to take over my lease January-July 2027 in a 3b/3ba townhome on 3rd Street! It’s a 10 minute walk to campus and 3 minute drive! I’m graduating in December but my current roommates will be there through the end of the lease – they’re super nice, very easy-going girls. Rent is $650/month, plus utilities (typically less than $100/month). The room has a private bathroom, two large closets, and easily fits a queen sized bed. Parking is free and the property is gated. The townhome is managed by Campus Realtors, and they’ve been easy to work with – maintenance is quick and the office is very responsive. Photos shown are from the original listing! Please DM for more information!
