Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease from December 20 (flexible after that, January works too) through July 31, 2027. $2,070/month. Water, sewage and trash are paid by the owner, and you'd split electricity/wifi with the roommates. 12 Panoramic Way, Berkeley, up the hill with gorgeous views. Fully furnished, 5 girls living here. This is an official lease takeover through The Berkeley Group: you'd apply with them, pass their standard screening, and sign the same lease terms, with a deposit and first month's rent.
